The spray-coated silica that acts as a clot activator allows processing blood samples also for routing tests, such as blood donor screening, immunohematology, and diagnostic testing of serum for infectious disease. The Tubes are made of plastic for enhances safety and ease of disposal that complies with EPA guidelines. These Serum Tubes come in a variety of sizes, as well as two closure options.
